Problem Note 40957: NullPointerException might occur when updating resources for SAS® Web Report Studio report created from a converted data exploration

When updating the resources of a report that was created from a converted data exploration, you might see an error similar to the following:
Error occurred. Error details are as following: java.lang.NullPointerException at com.ibm._jsp._repairReportDialogContent._jspService(_repairReportDialogContent.java:301) at com.ibm.ws.jsp.runtime.HttpJspBase.service(HttpJspBase.java:87) at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:856) [ 122 lines suppressed ]
As a workaround, perform the following steps.
- Open the report in SAS Web Report Studio.
- Save the report.
- Select File ► Manage Reports.
- In the Actions menu for the report, select Update Resources.
